Gallatin Soccer Club has recently begun using an application for smart phones to enable us to communicate more effectively with coaches. This allows field closings to be communicated quickly, coaches to communicate with each other, and other benefits. We greatly encourage all of our coaches to signup and use this tool. It is free for download from the Google Play Store for Android devices or the Apple Store for Apple devices.
To get started, install the Team App on your device. Open it up and you will be prompted to login or create an account. If you already have a Team App account, login here, if not you will need to create an account so that you can be given access to the proper division in the App. MAKE SURE to use a valid email address as that is what will be used to verify your account and also is where email alerts will be sent to. Additionally use your real name so we know who is requesting access. Once your account is active, login to the Team App.
Once you have logged in to Team App you will need to search to find the Gallatin Soccer Club. Tap “Search” and enter “Gallatin Soccer Club”. You should hopefully only get one hit, but if there are more, you are looking for the one that uses the GSC soccer ball logo as shown here. Select that entry and you will be taken the home screen for the GSC Team App. Select “Become a member of this team” near the top and you will be prompted with a selection of Access Groups.
Select the appropriate group based on the age division you coach (KR, U6, U8, U10, U12, U15) and then submit. Note that for divisions that have both boys and girls they are NOT separated out in the Team App. Once your request is received it will be reviewed and appropriate access granted.
