• This payment is for INDIVIDUAL PLAYERS TEAM Fees ONLY.

• Team Fees will be calculated by Team Managers/ Coaches once the schedules are set for each team, based on tournaments, friendlies, (TSL) State League or other programs of play or activity.

• Once you have been told the amount to pay please click below to make that payment and carefully follow the instructions on the payment screen. After the payment is made you MUST forward the receipt to your TEAM MANAGER
