Dates / Sign-Ups: GSC has both a Fall AND Spring recreational season. Sign-ups for our recreational league are in July for the Fall season and January for the Spring season. You can visit our Registration page for more information OR to register on-line (for applicable players) during the sign-up period.

Your $70 registration pays for registration of the player with the Tennessee State Soccer Association, secondary insurance, practices run by a volunteer coach, 7 games refereed by certified officials, end of season trophy/medal, and professional picture session (prints optionally purchased at additional cost).

The $60 uniform fee (when purchased with a registration) includes TWO numbered Gallatin Soccer Club jersey shown above (NEW for FALL 2024) and one pair of color coordinated soccer socks.

By using two jerseys, players only need to replace their uniforms when they grow out of them or when GSC has a style change.

Currently GSC is running on TWO YEAR uniform cycles. Players need to wear their complete uniform to participate in games.

Black shorts will need to be purchased separately... Replacement socks and kits may be purchased on game days.

Equipment: Players must provide their own shin guards which are *ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED* to participate in either games OR practices. Soccer cleats or athletic shoes are acceptable. If cleats are worn they should be actual soccer cleats without the toe cleat. Please note that metal cleats or spikes are NOT allowed. It is also nice if players can provide their own ball. While coaches often have some extra, generally they cannot supply enough for the entire team. The list below shows what size soccer ball is used in each division.

Kickerroos/U6/U8 - Size 3

U10/U12 - Size 4

U15/U18 -Size 5

Your registration fee provides secondary medical insurance that covers injuries incurred at sanctioned GSC practices and games after you have paid the deductible, up to the policy’s limits.

Your coach will contact you about your practice time(s) within a week after coaches meeting. Coaches do get to have input into the time and days or their practices.

Games generally are played at Triple Creek Park Soccer Complex, 250 Champion Drive, Gallatin, TN. Game are rarely cancelled or rain delayed. Please come to the field at your scheduled game time unless advised by your coach that your game has been delayed/cancelled. You may call the information line at 615-451-3116 or check the website as rainout or delayed information will be recorded and posted by 7:30am on Saturday morning of game days. Our home page also displays LIVE information on field status as it is updated.

Note* – U18 games are played against other clubs both at Triple Creek Park and at other Middle Tennessee venues.
