IMPORTANT NOTE - Starting in Fall 2026 our club along with TN Soccer has moved to a new registration platform.

All players will need to have NEW accounts within this system including those who have played in previous systems.

Please ensure that the primary contact information is current upon entry and that you maintain accurate information on the platform.

You will have access to this profile year round and be able to update and add information to your players accounts.

This software will be the main hub for all our programs and serve as the primary method used for player registrations, ordering uniforms and for making ALL payments relating to your players seasons.

Directors will be working to plan and make schedules using PlayMetrics and so please located the APP linked at the bottom of our website or bookmark and save your usernames and passwords in any web browser you may use.

UNIFORMS

Fall 2026 is also the start of an all NEW 2 year uniform cycle. ALL players will be required to purchase uniforms during registration. Each player you register will have a set of questions attached to them where you will be asked to pick sizing for shirts and socks.

During Registration the uniform price is $70 and includes 2 shirts and 2 pairs of socks.

You will receive the size you order no exceptions or exchanges can be made.

Replacement Uniforms will cost: $90 per full kit. $70 for Shirts and $10 per pair of socks.

Please carefully refer to the sizing chart located HERE also available during the registration process.

Shirt numbers are randomized within age groups.

Uniforms will be picked up in person at the GSC Clubhouse on a date to be announced here and via our social media.

  • JULY 3RD 2026 STANDARD REGISTRATION OPENS - (COST IS $70 PER PLAYER)

  • JULY 11, 2026 (10am-12pm) IN PERSON REGISTRATION @ TRIPLE CREEK PARK CLUBHOUSE

  • JULY 31ST 2026 STANDARD REGISTRATION ENDS

  • AUGUST 1ST WAITLIST OPENS 2026.

  • (The Waitlist fee is $100) *$80 STANDARD FEE + $20 LATE PERIOD REGISTRATION FEE.

  • WAITLIST CLOSED AUGUST 8TH 2026

  • For U8/U10 players interested in an additional skills development program “Rec Cadets” Visit HERE once you have signed up for Rec League Play.

By continuing, you agree and understand that once a player is registered that Refunds are generally NOT offered by Gallatin Soccer Club UNLESS the club is unable to place the player on a team due to no fault of the player/parents.  Gallatin Soccer Club CAN NOT guarantee players/parents will be assigned to any particular team, coach, game times, or practice times / locations and will not be grounds for requesting or receiving a refund.

Anyone that needs to have input on their practice days/times should volunteer to coach to be able to be involved in selecting those times.
